Will this achievement be available during next Wintersday as well, or will it be removed?

I had the same thing happen just now. Match hasn’t even started yet and some warrior by the name of Exobeats.3620 asks necro if he should go afk (guess there’s some history there..) and of course goes afk the entire match.

Bye pip, bye winning streak, and only thing you can hope for is that you don’t end up with that guy next game.

Old GW at the very least had a report afk feature that got someone dishonor if that person was reported by like 3+ people in that game.

I’ve done 100% soloQ up till now, and I just find it impossible. I’ve been in between 5-10 pips for a week now simply because it doesn’t matter if YOU are better than the other players, it matters if your team is and that is purely regulated by chance and luck.

One match you get teamed with clueless people who spend half the match on an enemy capped node fighting 1-2 bunkers (they are unable to kill or decap even), leaving the other outnumbered on other nodes etc., the other match the other team has those people doing that etc.

Conclusion: people with Diamond or higher are (A) very lucky in the matchmaking, or; (B) teaming up with people they know aren’t (very) bad

I simply don’t know any other (good) pvp’ers so I’m left with trying option A Q__Q

Perhaps Anet should cut down on how much pips you can lose (daily or smth) or put some threshold within Ruby and Diamond. Like previous u couldn’t lose tiers, in Ruby you can’t go down after getting 1/3rd (every 2 tiers), and in Diamond like a halfway-point.

There is no such thing as luck over a longer run. You get lucky one day and unlucky the next. But in the long run it even outs and you only have yourswlf to blame.

Maybe youre not good enough to get past ruby?

You actually support my claim.. Indeed, as you say, the one evens the other out: Lucky day you get some pips , unlucky days you get some pips – . Endresult = 0 progression, unless you have 2 lucky days in matchmakingland :P

Don’t make Legendary Collections that require you to stand in Dry Top for hours on end to spawn a rare, random event to get one collectible item (i.e. Dune Soarer, for Kraitkin)

It would be so much cooler if they added armor this cool as like prestige armor instead of euro-armor.. Like gw1 had so many 15k armor sets..

I have this problem!

Hello,

So I started getting this issue since a week or two, even though I did not change anything to my computer or internet.

I am getting a black screen while playing GW2 every 15m or so, though I can still see the cursor and hear the music play, thus having to restart my game.

Maybe unrelated, but I am also getting errors that the game cannot connect to the log-in server (but these do not kick me out of the game, can just continue playing).

Anyone know how to fix this?

Hello everyone,

Aside from Sendor the Seller, is there still a npc that sells all the Halloween related stuff?
I haven’t had the chance to trade in my Candy Corn Cobs yet. The ingame announcement said it would restart in 50 minutes (or so), and like 10 minutes later the game forced stop and patched.. Now the npc vendor is no longer in his usual spot.

If there is not, hopefully Arenanet will add him back for a week or so.
