Didn’t want to like the Mesmer at first…but once I started, just couldn’t stop.

I purchased 1600 Gems on 8/25/2012. My bank account has been charged for the Gems, but I have not received them. I have a ticket opened but no response.

Please help, I wants more character slot:(
