Not working for me either… got most nodes in my home.
If you use them all the time it becomes a little difficult to track their state, though. Wish we had a visual indicator. But that’d be a QoL request, so knowing AN I won’t even bother asking. ^^
I agree, I’d love some sort of visual indicator so I can tell whether auto-targetting is on or off, it’s a pain having to find someone blank on the screen to click to test it, but thankfully Anet has at least given us an option to have a key bind to toggle it on and off. Maybe one day they will give us some sort of indicator… we can still dream.
But the option is already there in setttings. Check the key binds page and under targeting it is the last option.
I use it frequently to switch between auto targeting and not during battle without having to open the settings panel.

Definitely No! No! No!
I love my Dreamer and Quip for these very reasons, the sound that they make, and it is unfair to just single out these two items. Why not then change every single item that has an annoying sound “Your grawl impression is really coming along” from the backpack comes to mind. Or what !bout some of those gathering tools, jack in the box with it’s loud “waaaablaaah”! There are lots of sounds in the game that can annoy people, either address all of them or none. But to single out two legendary weapons which people have spent the time and gold to craft is just plain unfair.
Surely the smarter thing to do is to give a weapon/item volume slider so people can turn down the different noises that annoy them.
I’d like to be able to wear different helm armor with the outfits. Like wearing the glasses or bunny ears. My toon wears glasses, it would be nice to have his same look when wearing and outfit. Just being able to have that option would be a nice help.
Oh presents and lights would be awesome. We also need a much bigger Wintersday Tree. I just crafted it yesterday and was disappointed to see how small it was.
No joke.. there are hungry cats around Tyria that need to be fed.
Watch out for the dead birds they leave you as presents though. They make a bit of a mess.
I’ve also been looking for this cat. Can’t see it at all.
I’ve been running GW1&2 on a Macbook Pro with Windows 7 under Bootcamp for 2-3 years now. The only problem I have had is with overheating even with low graphics. It seems the more people in an area the hotter it gets.
To control the fan I have to first boot up in Mac OS and run SMC Fan Control (a free download) and set the fans to run max – then once I reboot into windows the fans keep running. They are a bit noisy though.
Hah, I was wondering about them too, and now that I’ve read this thread I’ll never think of them as anything but “fart bubbles” lol.
I will be travelling from the USA to the UK later this month. Will I still be able to play GW2 on my US account while in England? I really don’t want to miss all the holiday events.
