I’m fairly new at the computerbuilding scene. This is my first rig. So I don’t really know much of what’s being monitored in those programs that is useful to look at.
Cool, I will check those out.
GPU-Z and CPU-Z?
Hi!
My current rig is using a AMD fx-8350 processor and nvidia gtx 970. Currently, I’m only getting about 20-35 fps while all settings are max. I fear its the processor that is causing the framerate drop. Does anyone have any experience with these two components?
Hey all,
I’ve been off of GW2 for awhile now, but am coming back to get back to the swing of things before the expansion drops. Anyways, I’ve created a new character and going through the new “guided” start of the game.
At first I was on board for it, but the new changes are really boring…like I have no desire to continue playing, and in its current setup, the game really isn’t giving me a reason to keep playing. It’s just forcing me to keep doing the hearts in the world. I read that story missions are unlocked at a certain level(only lvl8 with new character).
I enjoyed the old progression system where I would explore the world, then do story missions, explore, then do more stories. Basically it was just more breaks between each activity. Don’t get me wrong, a lot of stuff they’ve added is pretty cool(unlocks associated with leveling), but now its just explore(grind levels) then a whole story? Does this get better at all?
Thanks.
Hey folks,
Does anyone else have issues with jumping puzzles and the camera? When trying to do one, I’m constantly fighting against the camera constantly zooming to almost “first person” and then immediately zooming out when there’s camera clipping. I’ve found that the problems are worse on larger characters like norn or charrs. I can’t believe the game’s been out for a year now, with no fix. I’m sure this isn’t the right place to post this, but I don’t see any subforum for something like this.
I love the charrs a lot. Definitely my favorite race of all. One problem that needs to be fixed is traversal issues with charr. I’ve found that doing jumping puzzles are extremely difficult as a charr. When running on all 4s, it makes it difficult to figure out the bounding box/collisions for my charr.
