A screenshot of twitch viewership when no tournament or the like is on is so inconsequential. As is some laughable anecdote from your ‘friend from highschool’. What would be more concrete would be sPvP player activity statistics, which Anet has come out and said is the fastest growing section of the game. The money in the tournaments further grows it, and acts as marketing.

Staff working on glider skins are not the same that work on game bugs.

There’s some real irony in this call for more communication. That communication goes both ways. If Anet have to respond to player input I wouldnt expect them to do it for posts like this, which are long unsubstantiated rants. Responding to a post like this would be a waste of Dev resources and time, not pushing esports, not designing skins, not developing the game in many directions at once.

This was fun, caught the end of it. It would be really good to have it as a weekly or fortnightly thing to allow guilds that aren’t usually matched-up to get in contact.

As above, no one is running that. Even if a few are experimentally running it for whatever reason it’s definitely not the meta.
Trying to stack healing power also makes little sense when your best group heals are scaling off the blaster, not you.
Why are you even posting that in a thread about meta-DPS builds?

As posted above, that’s not the first time the mesmer rez through the door exploit has been attempted. This time after it was spotted and stopped the mesmer just decided to continue to lay there in plain sight. Pretty shameless play there.

That aside, I thought we had some pretty good fights in bay that afternoon, being pushed back to the lord room repeatedly and having to fight out was all really enjoyable, I’m looking forward to more.

also it doesn’t work like the thief skill. It doesn’t proc on crit, it has a chance to proc, the % of which I’m not sure. Nor does it last for the same 5s the thief skill does, if I remember right.

I’ve been using it in WvW as another consumable, and I’ve seen many others use it. I wouldn’t say the advantage is significant. As Idarko said, it is vastly different from the summoning items etc. and works more like an additional nourishment/consumable buff.

That is a shame, but have fun murdering PS and AR. Hopefully we’ll catch you around again, was always fun even the times trying to defend keeps with insane odds against.

And to second the sentiment to KAZ, it is refreshing to have you guys with your attitude here from the usual kitten-slinging the forum WvW threads usually end up being. And good fun fighting you guys.

Building on the comments above;

As already stated, I don’t think blacktide is built on transfer guilds. RUIN transferred and swiftly disappeared. And they seemed to cause more arguments and dissension in blacktide WvW then much else during their brief stay. I’m not saying I personally wouldn’t want them on blacktide, I will gladly have as many guilds helping as possible, I’m just stating what I observed on map chat.

Oxxymoron also touched on a point which I often stress/agree on. That success at higher tier WvW requires more than just organised guilds but also a strong pug WvW attendance. VS being an example of this. The higher tier servers have a number of WvW active and organised guilds on each server, but the combination of strong guilds with a strong pug base; especially if the two co-ordinate effectively seems to be the key winning edge.

that 4 golem raid you referenced earlier at BT was good fun
I was taking that force and it was pretty nail-biting because you guys were scouting and watching everything. The rest was momentum.
Quite disheartening to see BT in the evenings though.
