This is absolutely infuriating. 2 Cards, not just 1 that both work PERFECTLY with every other service and company purchase i have ever used them for require me to contact support just so i can use them with this company. It absolutely boggles my mind that in this day and age a company can get something so fundamentally integrated into their business, so horribly wrong that other companies have no problem managing.

It’s like they’re saying to people we don’t want you to access our game/store so we’ll just make you have to fight with our system. I’ll try and be patient for another few days while support gets back to me (assuming they will) again. But if this isn’t resolved permanently for me after this, per what i said in my most recent response. You’ll have lost a customer for this and any other game you offer in the future. Because being annoyed when all i am trying to do is use a core service is not worth the hassle.
