Well if they banned a group of ip addresses instead of the botter’s/spammer’s/etc that is infuriating as you put. If they answer you please post the solution in the, meantime i’m going to try to change his ip address see if that works.

My brother in law has the same issue. He only speaks Japanese so he had me look into it for him. I told him to turn off his firewall but that did not work. Please advise, he really enjoy’s playing, his account name is Kiwohaku.6189.

I accidentally purchased 51 Recipe:Embellished Intricate Topaz Jewel each worth 231 karma. I made a huge error and wanted to return it to the vendor immediately. I thought there’s a buy back there’s probably a sell back. I asked in chat nobody knew. Asked if a GM would help they said probably not. I looked for some sort of support feature where you can get in queue to chat with a gm. Forums seem the best option. Will somebody please help me return 50 of the recipes for my karma I would appreciate it.

If you want to know how I did this. I thought I was purchasing down the line I did not realize you could buy multiple copies of the same recipe.
