Guild Wars 2

Long time GW1 & 2 player here.
I have a concern with the Holiday Event Cycles.
Take the winters day event for example, our bank collectables was updated for the new rare winters day mini’s and the crafted mini’s. As these are account bound we cant buy these on the Auction House.

Personally my goal on GW2 is to fill my collectables tab, I love hoarding stuff on games, but I missed some of the Mini Pets over the Holidays because I didn’t have the cash to spend to get those rare mini’s and I am sure other people have missed things from other Holiday Events (weapon skins, achievements, etc). I don’t mind spending money in the gem store to buy stuff that I want, but if I don’t have the money one time I don’t want to miss out on something for good ya know?

My main Question is: Will people get a second chance to get what they missed next time the holiday event rolls round? (excluding one time events maybe?)

I really hope so because those missing pieces that I cant collect will haunt me forever!
