Guild Wars 2

Been trying to figure this out for a while. Is it even possible to split stacks of items in your inventory? If so, how? Thanks

No longer able to receive guild invites, join guilds, or create a guild. When trying to join a guild, a get error message: “Network error. Please check your internet connection and try again. (Code=3040:1002:3:1930:101)” When trying to create a guild, the create your own guild window pops up and am able to enter name and tag, but pressing create guild button does nothing.
