Hello WB. I will keep it very simple yet understandable.I did same (returning player)

Buy LS2 and LS3 and HoT (preff HoT + PoF pack)

Boosted account have enough gear for Fractals T1-T2.
Do your LS2 and all achievement for EASY Ascended
Do your Hot Chapter 1 full achievement for EASY Ascended Amulet
Do Daily Fractals get Rings put some +9 infusions.
Try to get enough AR for T3 and then you can earn money and could get good gear from t3 fractals.
Another route is Dungeon Runs since your boosted account have decent gear for to run it.
Join a guild and ask them to GM runs= 2 week of GM run preff Sunday 2 get 12 tokens which can get accesiories ascended

game is cpu bound, i ran 38-27 fps in teq with 6700k 4.7ghz and gtx 1080ti 2050mhz tho im in 3440×1440 and ultra settings forced MSAA in nVidiaInspector too

what about Soul Beast +LB + Sic em + Soulbeast elite and LB skill 2 = Best burstt in game ^^

Please Crank up the sound fx of Storm Bow.It have amazing drow witdraw+ constant storm sound when draw when electric string sound, WE CANNOT HEAR them unless i turn off all other slider to zero !

Kudzu is a half legendary.It is not suitable for everyone.I hope they design a second legendary LB in future.
I am using Storm Bow ( cancelled legendary) GW1 bow. It have legendary effects, draw /withdraw sounds (thunder cloud etc.) Changed LB skill 1 sound. If stormbow have footfalls i would call legendary EZ.
What i recommend you is: God Slayer LB + Storm Bow + Super LB + Tempest LB.They are great

With recent changes to Vicious Quarry power ranger is good again.I started playing game again after 4 year break,so i crossed same path as you now.
I prefer LB Axe /WH Full Zerker plus full scholar runes. My Amulet + Rings + Accessories are ascended.(all from LS Story and Fractals).It is very easy to use and very safe for fractals, boss mechanics

Its been already 12 months and still Stormbow Draw / Withdraw animation sound is unhearable.(you have to crank up your 1000w system to %75 and disable all sounds to hear that thing.) This is so broken. Please FIX Stormbow sound at least increase its effect volume by %200.We paid real time money to buy a broken cosmetic.
