At an attempt to take one of the enemy keeps in Eternal Battlegrounds, the enemy Champion Keep Lord was Warbanner-revived twenty-six times.
TWENTY-SIX TIMES. This gave them an excessive amount of time to react, because all they had to do was keep bringing the lord back up. Mind you, everyone is playing Warriors now, so it’s not like Warrior Warbanner is rare.

Ha! What server are you on? SBI never seems to have enough people bannering lords… 26 sounds crazy considering how long the recharge is on that skill.

Maybe it “happens” to every server that SBI faces, but it’s not something that I witnessed on YB in any other week of Season 1.

I’ll concur with this statement. As much as I wvw, last week was the first time I have ever seen an opposing server have trolls that transfer over to grief. That’s not to say, there hasn’t been in the past, but they may have been less obvious in their endeavors. Maybe this time, they were more blatant about it and didn’t care. Who knows? I just know, this is the first time I have ever encountered it myself.

In the 6 months I’ve been playing(only been on SBI), I have only heard of this happening 4 times and that has been with the SOR match, week 1, 6, 7 of league. What I would like to see instead of blaming an entire server for the actions of one or two people is for Anet to implement an easier and more effective way to shut these people down. It misrepresents those who try to play it clean, no matter what server you’re on.

I definitely agree with you on your final points. It should be possible to /report a player specifically for wvw-griefing (in its many flavors), it should be harder to do in the first place, and ANet should penalize players for doing it (including penalties on their primary accounts).

A week-long lockout on WvW participation following a server transfer would inhibit some griefing and level-locking siege use and blueprint-deployment would force the griefers to change tactics (i.e. require character level 30 before you can use siege and 40 to drop blueprints).

Perhaps WvW rank requirements to deploy siege too. All the griefers that Ive seen the last week or so were accounts with less than 500 achievement points, so they werent transfers they were dummy accounts(I am sure there are also transfer griefers).

The one we have in this matchup, Star Playa(not to be confused with Star Player), is actually clever in that he wastes siege on things in places that a noob would do so you cant prove it with screens really.

Maybe some live moderators who can see without being seen, and are not actually playing the game, would be nice during tournaments.

I was talking last night with Boo Boo Boo Boo of whatever the name was. hahaha He told me that Star Playa was his 7 year old cousin. He said, “I showed him how to put up siege now that’s all he wants to do”. But for some odd reason, when I kept inviting Star Playa to join me, he kept declining then put his player in the offline mode. And another thing, it was late and a 7 yr/old should have been in bed already.

Yeah dude, like we all have stupid written across our foreheads. Please don’t insult the intelligence of a well seasoned adult. hhhhm garlic, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, nom nom nom.

Boo was joking with you. That troll came to SBI last week during the fight with EBay and YB, and was throwing ballistas build-sites on supply piles whenever we took camps. He’s settled down a bit this week and now makes it less obvious that he’s trolling.

So this is some proof of the spy “Feelgoodnow” from SBI whos on Yak’s Bend. He wastes supply, runs our golems off cliffs and gives our position away. Hey SBI dont qq about getting 2v1 when you have to resort to spies. ridiculous.

Most of us don’t agree with what he is doing. Yesterday someone offered to spy on EBay when we were on Ebay’s BL, and everyone from SBI on the map basically told the guy to screw off because we weren’t interested in resorting to that.

Dear SBI,

I understand you want to show off your huge population and the fact that you 5:1 our player base all the time, but are you really that insistent on wiping people just trying to get some wxp? Seriously, I think it’s safe to say that you guys have won this match. I mean, your score is lol times EB and NSP.

You guys can’t even fight us outside of your towers and cannons and run at every even odds fight I’ve found. I hope you’re happy standing in empty borderlands for the rest of this match up because no one wants to even go into wvw because you’re so worried about PPT.

Bah.. I’ve been in Sbi bl for the last 4 hours. I seen the rare spawn |Lexi|Frogmanmesmer out of the water , so I continued to take the camps with the hopes to flush him out in the open.

I got you alone .. out of your precious water/tower/lolupgradedcamp an give you the 123. as for that |lexi|ele , who ever you are , your going to get a sore spot humping them t3 towers.

As for the rest of the sbi rabble that keep showing up to help.. rethink your builds and strategy. You guys define horrid.

P.S. Thank your glass thief for giving me my very first tea bag ever. The 15 or so times he emoted /sit made me feel special.

Now Blode, don’t go picking on the fellow. What happens in his wvw time is obviously -very- important to him. Chuckles

Incidentally, on a completely different note, the XOXO thief that I spoke and sparred with for quite some time earlier in the night was a total class act.

Wish more interactions with enemies were so enjoyable. He gives his guild and server a good name.

You’re welcome for the /sits! I save them for only the most special people… for example, those who prefer one or all of the following:
-people who run to camps/towers because they’re worried about their kill/death ratio,
-people who sit on cannons instead of fighting,
-people who run even though they have a numbers advantage,
-people who stand in fully upgraded camps,

Incidentally, you qualified for all of the above within an hour. Congratulations!

On a side note, I enjoy conversing and complimenting people on their play if they don’t do any of the above. You did not qualify.
