This class is monstrous in the right hands, Great Sword + Hammer in Tournaments, Great Sword + Staff in PVE.

Try crafting, it’s highly rewarding in this game.

Guardian has the lowest base health in the game, so becoming a moving wall implies you want to get hit and live, when in all reality living in this game is movement.

And seeing how the weapon is what gives you abilities to use, it’s most definitely your top priority.

Your paradigm may need to shift on this game but: I’ll recommend playing Mace/Shield + Scepter/Focus for maximum defense. 30 valor + 30 honor + 10 radiance for signet reduction, take signet of vengeance, sanctuary, and “Stand Your Ground!” for maximum survivability.

Carry a staff in your inventory to swap on the run for the swiftness buff.

Furthermore you can have every crafting profession in the game.
