7/10 like the mantle, but for a necro those colors and mask scream mesmer.

Still need to get the Arah pants.

I believe the achievement is unique finds, you do get a few Heirlooms in civilian bags.

It seems to be that way so you can still upgrade it to the ascended version. Alt crafting.
