Guild Wars 2

I am an Asuran mesmer, this has been going on for a while, but I cannot pick up the pattern. For some reason, I begin to travel/walk noticeably slower than normal. I have no cripple, in fact no conditions at all, and it will be permanent until I log out and back in, and then I can walk at normal speed.

I am having the same issue. I have submitted it as a bug. I am now full level 80 and wanted to do a reset of skills but didn’t plan on spending more than 20 in any one category.

I am unable to escape with the scabbard. I go to the circled green area on the map and there does not appear to be anyway to successfully escape without leaving the instance. Am I missing something? Anyone else having this issue?
