Hello, my serial code is : XXX and my ingame main character that I’m using is Vulcar.
On wednesday while I was playing running around Kessex Hills doing my hearts and waypoints ,opening map I got a black out on my screen. I close my screen and restart to
open my game and I get the message saying that my account was “terminated due to botting”. At that time obcourse I was very very frustrated knowing the fact that I was never botting, hacking, or using 3rd parties or anything that will do again’st the game rules.I am playing 100% me and pressing the key all the time. Although I never read the agreements rules I know it will not affect me since I don’t know how to altered any games or as we call it hacking. I been playing Guild Wars 1 3 months after it was release and from then on I was never got ban to anything in the game because obcourse I never altered the game and I just play the game just like any other games the way they should be played. I am sorry to tell you this, that I am really frustrated on banning or terminating my account for such a wrong accusation and what hurt me too is that I was a fan and loyal to the game from GW1 to GW2 now.I also bought the Collector’s Edition not only know that the game will still be free playing online but also to support the maintenance of the game.Having the Gems to be purchased in real money is also what I supported, because in this way the game will again maintain the monitoring and maintenance. But all of these care of the game , support, loyal and a fan will just cost me a heartache. I know it’s sound a drama but this is what I felt after getting a message from guild wars ( anet), that my account was Ban/Terminated for doing nothing wrong or do again’ts the game rules.
Please get my account re-activated, I been working so hard on getting every items in the game. Every items I get is all the hours I worked on playing the games and getting less sleep. I bought some gems using my hard work money and even I want to buy more I can not at the moment since I’m a family man with 3 children.
If there’s an inappropriate words along the line on what I’ve said in this message , I apologize and even I want to say more words, I don’t think is needed . I’m hoping this is the right way of sending or contacting the costumer service or a person in charged of my account situation. I’m sending it as a new Ticket. My old ticket was
121107-002338. I know I should only send one ticket per cases , but I’m not sure if the first second or third one was the right way of contacting regarding this issue(s).

I don’t think there is. I don’t think there should be. You are asking ANet to favor a group of players over another.
It is not asking them to favor one group over another without good reason, however.
If you have contracted to receive a game service and have complied with the terms of use, and are wrongly accused of non-compliance and subsequently have your account re-instated, there ought to be some form of recompense for the nuisance caused. It is a small group of players, we hope, that will be wrongfully banned, so it would not have a noticable effect on the game and would make those players less unhappy about the situation.
I totally Agree with you Ruith, I have the same situation when I was running around at Kessex Hills and basiclly playing like the way it should be ( doing hearts, waypoints etc.) when I suddenly my screen turn to black ( which I thought it was my computer error). I close the guild wars 2 window and re start the game. Next thing I see , my account is terminated due to a botting issue?!! I was so pissed that anet could have done this ( who else) accusing my account that is not true. For almost 7 years I played and a fan of Guild wars 1 I never done such a accusation or anything that will break the rules of the game, now they will just melt my heart out of this game for accusing me that I did not do. I even bought the CE ( $150+ tax =$ 164 and few cents) and this is what I get. I hope this issue will be solve and I feel better if anet ( guild wars2) will do some compensation for wrongfully terminating my account.
I will not feel better if i’m wearing a slipper then someone with a soldier boots stepped on my foot and will only say " oh! sorry" I didn’t mean to stepped on your little toes. I hope Anet get the point…
One also that pissed me off is that , it’s my day off ,which I could actually keep continuing my leveling and catching up my other guildmates just like what I was doing untill they terminate my account in the middle of my play…I am not angry to any of the guild wars or anet employee but I’m angry so angry for a lousy ways of this game had in control and feeling getting NO CREDITS at all for being a guild wars fan for almost 7 years that I spend playing hours and hours and they will just kick you off because they THINK you are breaking the rules of the game.

I feel so rage about it that playing guild wars 1 for almost 7 years and now I’m on this game ( Guild Wars 2 ) I will get this type of message of termination for doing nothing bad of this game. I thought about the arenanet or guild wars fault but I also thought that Hackers have something to do with it too. Please admin follow up my issue, my account was terminated for a false accusation.
