Your player base has said again and again that they do not like having to deal with time gated things at all so why do you keep doing it? I know you think it extends the amount of time we are going to play your game if it takes us longer to earn something but that’s not true. Either that or you need extra time to finish the Legendaries so you time gate it. I was going to go for Ad Infinitium until I got BORED of having to do random low level Fractals for those pages.
Now you put the Wings of Ascension behind what I think is AT LEAST 60 days of 3 wins a day in PvP? I play GW2 3 nights a week. It’s going to take me a long time to get those PvP wins and that’s not counting if I want to take a break from PvP one or two nights. It’s annoying and you need to stop time gating stuff, no one likes it.
I’m not looking for instant satisfaction either. How about you make part of the legendary engaging and challenging that will take a while WITHOUT putting it behind a set determined amount of time that makes people look at it and go nah tha’ts boring or that will take to long. The old legendaries weren’t time gated why is everything else now?
I understand I don’t have to do the time gated achievements but some people like me can’t do some of the other ones like multiple profession achievments cause we only play 1 or 2 professions. It’s just frustrating.

Have we heard any news on legendary armor since it was announced? I havn’t seen anything about it and assumed it was coming shortly after HoT launch
You guys will complain about anything. Can’t you just be happy we are getting raids? A feature that arena net never had to put into the game in the first place?
In your guys opinions what is the most difficult Fractal?
For me it would have to be Fire Shaman. That last boss fight with a pug group is horrendous.
When someone lists a item under the price your buying for before you complete your order the tp will automatically buy it at the lower price. So it sends the difference back to you. I hope i explained it well enough
Alright lets break this down a little bit.
First off you can not even enter the raid without HoT. Second off why would a feature being released with HoT be able to be played by the regular core game players. Raids are a feature of HoT just like the new maps are.
Most new raids that come out for every MMO are locked behind the expansion that they are associated with. You dont wanna buy HoT you dont get to participate in the raid. I have a suggestion for you and your guildies buy HoT. Dont have the money? Its 50$ and you have almost 2 months to save up for it. Dont tell me ythey dont want to buy HoT cause there is nothing they want in it cause if they want to raid there is clearly something they want from it.
There is a bug I believe it is on Light of Dwayna where when you change the dyes while wearing the back piece it changes the preview window for most of your dyes to the color you recently applied. Its kinda of annoying because then I cant change any other dyes because they don’t show up in the preview window. This bug has been around for a while now and has yet to be fixed.
Me and my girlfriend both want to purchase the new white feather wings from the gem store however our internet is curently down cause comcast is well you know. This is the only time we can get on to play as we both work all day tomorrow. Is there anything that can be done?
Hey guys I’m currently looking for a PvE guild. I have been playing this game almost since launch, my 2 friends I played with left the game after the first year. I have been pretty much playing solo this entire time minus doing Wurm and Teq with a mega guild. I’m just looking for some players who are interested in playing the game a similar way I do.
I’m big into making gold, mostly farming open world and the occasional dungeon run. I enjoy farming the new living story events and maps. I’m at fractal lvl 30 and have kind of dipped into playing the TP a few times. I never invest much time into it though. Mostly I’m just looking for some other players to talk to, play with, and become friends with who have similar interests.
I’m on the Maguuma server and generally on between 7pm-2am Eastern Standard time. I mostly play a thief but I have a lvl 80 Warrior and Ele both not geared though. Let me know guys thanks!
Anet I do believe that the events are fun the Marionette is fun and doable with a good group of people. But the Wurm is a living nightmare. Pick 1 thing out of instant death circles and tons of elite, vet, and champ mobs. Having both of them is way to chaotic.
For example the Amber Wurm, it is impossible to get the buff for the wurm to eat you and stand on the arrow without dying to death circles or champs. Why would you make it so the death circles can hit the people standing on the arrow? The event is fun don’t get me wrong but the difficulty is stupid. These arn’t organized raid groups doing these events they are random people from a server or if its overflow its multiple servers. You may just think we can explain what to do and how to do it but there is always a group of people that just flat out don’t listen or are AFK when your explaining it.
The concepts of the events are fun the difficulty and random instant deaths are not.

Exactly I play a D/D Thief and a D/D Ele and there are no daggers I want to use.
Soul shard is cool but like I said I’m looking for particle effects. Almost all the weapons listed above have particle effects how come daggers don’t have any unique skins with cool effects?
How come there aren’t any amazing looking dagger skins? Other weapons have amazing skins like Aether, Vision of the Mists, Whisperblade, Cobalt, The Anomaly, Infinite Light, Volcanas, The Foefires LLYA. I could keep going but you get my point.
My suggestion is adding some daggers with some cool particle effects, something to make me go ohh shiny I want one. We have Tear of Grenth and Jormags Needle for example. No particle effects and there basically just a icicle and a clear icicle lol. Don’t mention Incinerator because it’s a legendary and I’m talking about exotics.
I just hope some of the ascended daggers have some cool skins and effects to them. Until then I’m using my achievement daggers.
Just something that was brought to my attention earlier today. Every release so far has only had weapon skins, to my knowledge there have not been any new armor skins released. I was just wondering if Anet has any plans for some new armor skins, either they be gem store items or drops. I just want some new armor to play around with. The reason I posted this in suggestions is because if they don’t have anything in the works then please do! I am a lot of other people would love some new armor.

50 baubles in about 3 hours. Got the skin I wanted, and had fun PLAYING THE GAME.

Actually lol at you cause I didn’t have to spend 3 hours getting 50 of them. All I did was invest some gold in the TP, went off and “had fun PLAYING THE GAME” like normal while I was waiting for my gold to come in.
I played the box for a run through for the kicks of doing it but I’m not gonna do it again just to get a skin I can get for some gold that I can make back with little effort on the TP while still playing the game like normal.

So if I beat the boss and get Bauble Bubble from the chest can I go back and do it again for a chance at the skin drop?
Also my main method for earning gold is farming Shelters/Penitient camp event chain and selling the mats and salvaging any rares for there ectos. I also try to get to most of the daily chest bosses and if i get an exotic sell it if not salvage the rares for there ecto.
I keep all my greens for the day and when I’m about to get off and go to bed I put 4 in the Mystic Forge and salvage any rares I get out of it. Generally make more doing this then vendering the greens as they sell for so little. One ecto is roughly 26s in profit most greens are around 1.5s.. That means you can put 17.5 greens into the forge and if you get a rare and it yeilds an ecto you at least broke even. Works for me generally getting 2 rares from 14 or so greens. But it’s all about the RNG.
Currently 57gold, have about 150gold+in my armors and weapons.
