Guild Wars 2

This never happens in any other circumstance or game though.

While playing GW2 my computer will seemingly randomly reboot.

This does not happen in other games, and I’ve troubleshot enough to know that it not a hardware or over heating problem.

Most of the time it’s random. It could be after playing the game for 15 minutes, or for 2 hours. Most recently it happens every time I try and log into my brand new Charr Character.

Even after ‘enabling’ the BSOD, my computer will just go straight into the reboot process with no explanation as to what happened.

Thank you for the help! I didn’t understand that they were free gems just for testing.

I just got the game yesterday, and I am thoroughly enjoying it!

First, the Google App will say the QR code is wrong even though it matches the code displayed.

Second, when I type in the code instead of using the QR scanner, then go to type in the provided authenticator key the screen just resets with a new code.

Third, I make a sad face, and pet my cat to calm me down.

I do not own the game yet, but I was curious about the following:

Prior to the first official weekend beta test there was a hush-hush closed weekend beta. During this test we were offered $25 of the gem currency for helping test the purchasing/credit card transaction process.

How do I redeem this once I buy the game?

I’m assuming it’s okay to talk about this since the game is released now.
