We don’t have the coverage for t1. That is the plain and honest truth. We have big hearts in SoR, we just don’t have enough of them.

… and most of the times big hearts all you need to start a revolution, GL to all SoR, will be looking forward to a match with you guys

of course, the numbers they have back in GW1 are just puny compared to what they have now… well, imo you’re gonna have to face WM’s main/core team before you can say they are far from the best guild and from what i heard they’re not even playing WvW in a regular basis

T1 is in a sad state. What a disappointment it will be for whoever replaces us next week.
Before we got to T1, I was hyped up for the challenge of facing what was believed to be the 2 best servers and thus, the best competition. Now, in the 3rd week, it is obvious this is not the case.

SBI – brute force
JQ – half brain

i wonder what he thinks BG is for him to categorize opposing servers like this… just glad to know this type of people are rare in our server but seems pretty normal for BG population… let me tell you sinister your server, even the first week you guys got here are not READY and still is NOT… 3 weeks here in T1 and ppl like you never learn, instead of complaining learn to adapt

this was a screenshot took by lisz about 10-15 mins ago at JQ bl… there were only less than 10 of them trying to defend hills keep… They were the only players left on that map and this is their proof of being outmanned, for all those that say that our server never gets it.
Honestly, ANET should really come up with some new WvW content or better rewards that will keep us interested to keep playing because i am pretty sure this happens a lot on every server at certain times. Makes you wonder why people even try, I would’ve left long time ago if i was there or switch maps.

i agree on that note… they really should come up something or anything fast for WvW other than PvE content, people are losing interest fast… wuvwuv players will be more than happy to just have something to look forward to

Suggestion: Please give us a pvp ranking system that is based on how well you perform in pvp, not how long you have been playing for. Like if you kill a lot solo, you can get a title like Lone Assassin or something…

But please for the love of everything that any of you hold holy. Don’t do the idiotic stupid mistake of making it gear oriented. Make it something that shows that you know what you are doing. But doesn’t give you an edge. I want to keep the game based on skill, not how long you have been playing for.

IMO, the sPvP is there for the small scale gameplay to size up your skills and you get better glory pts for killing more than the rest of your team while WvW on the other hand is not. It is meant to be played with huge numbers (skilled or not) trying to work together at the very least and encourages longer playtime; hence, the 24/7 weekly matches. If ANET is to come up with player ranking system for WvW, it would make more sense if it is based on each individual’s time spent playing here and the whole server’s performance.

I thought of suggesting a point system for a hopefully “/WvW RANK” emote similar to what they have in GW1 (if they are to go through with it) that may be used as a basis or whatnot. This was a reply to the suggestion thread (here: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/game/suggestions/ANET-pls-WvW-rank-emote/first#post639889) that i just copy/pasted.

Total Points to have for WvW /rank emote:

rank 5 = 2000 pts(/rank5)
rank 4 = 1000 pts(/rank4)
rank 3 = 500 pts (/rank3)
rank 2 = 250 pts (/rank2)
rank 1 = 100 pts (/rank1)….

Every week, 3 servers compete and at the end of the match there’s always first, second and last ranking for each tier…
first = 5 pts
2nd = 3 pts
last = 1 pt

in addition to these points, there should be points added to it according to the tier bracket the server is in (this way servers are encourage to go for the next tier);
since we have 8 tiers in NA , it will be something like:
tier 8 = 1 pt
tier 7 = 2 pts
tier 6 = 3 pts
tier 5 = 4 pts
tier 4 = 5 pts
tier 3 = 6 pts
tier 2 = 7 pts
tier 1 = 8 pts

… let’s say you are in a server from tier 5 and your server finished second on that week then all the players from that server gets: 4pts(tier5) + 3pts(2nd placer) = 7 pts

There should be a time requirement that must be held for the player to acquire this title/rank. I’d suggest something between 10-30 hours per week WvW playtime. Also, if the player decides to change server later on the points accumulated should be cut in half or reset to ZERO.

anyone else thinks the upcoming match in 5 hours might be a little boring sooner than later… i guess we all got to do something to keep it interesting

rather than set matches every week dictated by the ranking chart, will it be possible to have randomly picked 3 servers just go against each other every week and just keep their ratings instead… it might be fun or more interesting that way, because right now we are stuck with the same opponents for the 3rd week and it’s not the same as looking forward to playing with them the first week… just a random thought, thanks

have a lvl 56 engineer right now, and 3 other toons with lvl 80’s already that spent 75-80% of their time playing WvW… karma, xp, and ingame money wise it’s better to do it here and you get to finish the daily quest within an hour or so with a decent zerg or squads doing hit n run supply camps, yak sniping, quaggan/nodes… etc

can i get a scoreboard/screenie yet, still at work here… i cant get to guru either because of malware warning to their site, only here is reliable atm

at the meantime i heard we are down to less than 200 ppt and BG is up 400+ … wish i wasnt at work today, wouldve definitely love to fight alongside my servermates… here’s to looking forward to going home tonight and more gameplay hopefully…

cant blame cover girl, at least it’s after the win is truly guaranteed for our server, NOT when the match for the week just barely started… it’s picking the right timing to roar, although there are over- “rub it in your face” comments from him/her LoL

Did you idiots seriously just come in here with one instance of a POSSIBLE 2v1 on SBI? Please. I would say 90% of the time you guys and JQ have done nothing to each other. Except for the small group of people that actually have a sense of dignity. This week so far has been hilarious. SBI saying every post that doesn’t worship them is a crying post. Ignoring proof of constant 2v1. In fact, while I was making this post I decided to take a screenshot for the hell of it. Literally this map is about 50% divided between SBI and JQ. EBG is about 50% pushing up on BG. BGBL is about 50% divided pushing up on BG. SBI has most of their BL and so does JQ. I am sorry but this 100% points to an obvious 2v1 scenario. Like someone said earlier. Do you guys have no shame at all?

from what i can see SbI SM is getting attacked from the N by BG and SE by JQ… focus on your own map and not other borderlands, the way i see it you guys are holding your own in EB, you are asking for too much if you want other BLs to be the same if not better

people dont get the same amount of badges of honor… some get more, some get less others dont get a chance to have any… rewarding their playtime and participation while in WvW may be a little better but this is just a suggestion to encourage players to come play outmanned or not

i think it’s a good idea to add a proxy players since a keep can easily be taken when a server is at dead hour.Just add a henchman at the keep to make it more challenging for everyone and just to make it close to an even fight.Just like what she said,make it just to fill the server up until real players logs in.
