Guild Wars 2

I have a bunch of accounts that I bought when they were on sale, and i try to log into each one everyday and do dailies ect. After a certain amount of log ins, it becomes extremely slow to log in, to the point where i get the error 42 firewall settings/ect. I dont get why i get this message if I can log in perfectly fine beforehand. Is this on my end, or does Arena Net have some IP cap on how many times u can log in.

I believe this is the use of the scrapper’s function gyro which finishes an enemy or rezzes an ally.
