Guild Wars 2

I run games in “Windowed Fullscreen”, if it has the option.
(Also seems it didn’t suspend anything even when i tried Fullscreen Mode, when Aero was on.)
A 20 fps difference is not something that can relate to a Cpu usage, at least i don’t think so – it’s to much.

Anyways, i came here to suggest people to try it out, because either way it works.

So when you push “Start” -right click- your “Computer” and choose “Properties”.
On the left right top corner you will see 4 options to choose from.
Click on “Advanced System Settings” it will get you to the “System Properties -> Advanced Tab”
So you click on the “Settings” button (the first one of them all {From Top}).
Choose the third circle (“ball”) from the top. Says “Adjust For Best Performance”.

It kills’ all “Aero” special effects such as window fade, glassy look…kills the special font of each “Theme”.

But gets your Windows run much faster, and actually now my game runs faster.
(Gives a windows 95 looks)

Anyways i was running Shaders, Shadows, Textures – On medium with some stuttering on loaded surroundings and areas 20-35 fps. Now i run Shaders, Shadows, Textures On high with super sampling and awesome performance =] 45 fps stable.

Anyways i hope it helps you, and actually boost the game for you on your “Old Special” rig of yours ;D

I run on 4gb DDr3, 1gb GTX550ti, Quad CPU Q8400 imagine that, huh?!

Hello all!!
So, we were doing “Honor of the Waves” dungeon when my guild mate suggested that it could be nice if we had an option to lower other players spell density\details to see what actually going on.
He said he brought this idea from a game called “Warhammer Online” which had that option.

Also look on the positive side, it can solve a couple more issues Such as WvW fps drops because everyone spam the hell out of the meteor shower and what not!

Another benefit is for the melee classes to actually get more “control” in the fight, for example the squishy thieves that need to dodge, you can’t dodge while you can’t see what is going on, nor you can hit the target you want because of the fps drop and the visibility is horrible.

Hello, i would like to make suggestion about mini-pets.

I noticed they stand like zombies near you no matter what happens.

It could be really nice if they had emotes according to the situation happening to you,
not asking much just a cheer emote on loop when fighting music kick in and you fight, sleep when you are AFK etc.
All this could be just “copy pasted” from actual characters i guess..
