That’s pretty much the other build Nos runs, the well bomber. Cele signets is its own thing, can’t really mix well-bombing and cele with optimal results. They do work tho, just not as good since it’d be a hybrid.
Just watch the abjured streams and ask every one of them to play necros, they do it sometimes, besides five rage – he’s pretty exclusively engie. Leeto but he trashtalks forsaker almost all the time in addition to just kitten talking in general.

Also had it happen while in RS, gs and hammer for necros – very op.
At least necros still have cele signets deathshroud for pvp. RIP RS, you were so young.

People can random dodge your xfers
Imo the cele signet strength really lies in the necro’s ability to bunker + engage with high might & sustain plus survivability during teamfights from being targeted out-right. This leads to less downtime from being dead and more time on the field so you can out-rotate the team, plus boon rippage/condi transfer is super annoying to fight against.
