On the EU servers, and with a tricky part…
I’m trying to find a guild that doesn’t rely on vocal chat that much. As i won’t be logging onto Teamspeak and the like.

I wonder if such guild still exist in the game, and are active.

It is always a rough thing to define pricing for art commission for a nice community game. The balance between the wish to offer the opportunity to all and the need to sort out the commissions to avoid being totally overwhelmed by dozens of projects that are, time and inspiration consuming.
You could definitely increase your prices, that’s for sure mate.

I rarely comment on community creations, as i tend to judge them with the same standards i would expect from professional work, i most of the time do not engage in criticism (would it be positive or negative) on creations that didn’t make me feel something or moved me.

Now to the point of Forsaken Soul,
be it the wording, the tone that derive from all too serious clichés as well as the too obvious jokes, or the choice of subject and drive, i can only praise this particular creation.

Yalora, i think you’ve done a great job of writing a light mood yet adult story, with tension building and a final that doesn’t disappoint.
As a reader of all 3 official books, that are, from a writing perspective, quite… garbage honestly, i could only hope for one full novel in the Guild Wars universe written by you some day.

i’ve been looking in game for a guild that doesn’t have TeamSpeak or Skype or the like for some times now, not finding any.

So if you guild communicates exclusively by the in game chat (+facebook group or forum and whatnot) i would love to hear from you here or contact you in game.

If you know of any, don’t hesitate to post any hint or insight here too !

The whole point of this serie is to stay in this form.

I take commissions outside this project, in colors. I will soon create a post with some of them, but since some of that stuff is to be presented for a major project at the end of the month, i can’t release them for now.

Hi Venthus, for this particular project, i took some commissions, others where drawn for dear friends and some will be gifts to players of the GW2 community who have been very dedicated to creating in game or out of game events and the like. Well… Grenth didn’t really have to do anything to get his card, being a god and all…

But i’m loosing track. For the commissions, i took 350/400g. For this project i meet the character in game and listen to their story, and the way they tell it to me. From this i create the corresponding card and house affiliation for the character.

i’ve been working on a project of a kind of Tarot Cards that could exist in the universe of Guild Wars (remember that cutscene in GW:Factions when an old woman predict Shiro’s future ?)

So, as i sometimes take commissions and draw for pleasure, my deck project is (very) slowly beginning to take shape. Time for me to show a bit of it.

The Cards 0 to 6 will be for the 6 gods and a little surprise…
So my count for player characters begins at VII.

I’m begining a quite heavy (and long :p) project : crafting a Tarot Game based on our Tyrian World. Same kind of idea as the tarot games of The Chronicles of Amber (Zelazni) or Malazan Book of the Fallen (Erikson).
Remember the old woman in Guild Wars Factions, reading Shiro’s future !
I’ll be starting with the 6 Houses of the 6 human gods.
