Confirmed. Thanks all for putting my mind at rest. Didn’t seem to happen to me at LA, but occurs on occasion in explorable.
Adventures do not seem to be giving daily or lifetime rewards. After I complete an adventure I get a “cannot access login server” error which does not DC me from game. Yesterday I got a chest on a different character about 1 hour later, but I’m not sure what was happening.
