Adding my +1 to this. I love the Commando set, and not being able to get the rest (or have my lost shoulders restored) sucks.

Support just told me the usual “We can’t restore your stuff..” canned response, and now I’ve no way to get the Commando shoulders.

Big +1 here. We should be able to get this stuff back.

Same issue here. Logitech G500 mouse and G15 Keyboard.

Having the same issue, Code=7:11:3:189:101 every few minutes.

Can’t complete this story step. There’s a wandering Champion Undead Abomination that slaughters the NPC’s and me within 2-3 hits.

I’m lv79 with lv76 gear (Engineer), and my damage output is also lower inside this story step then outside scaled to 76, this makes me think the scaling here is broken.

This step is completely non-doable at this time. How am I supposed to continue in the story?

Edit: Got 3 friends to help kill the champion. It was still 2-shotting us.

Prince Eli-whatever at the end does the same thing the champion does (slaughters the NPC’s) – so I had to go get a full group again, and we wiped several times. We also noticed our damage output was a lot lower here.
