The whole premise to your argument is that people will fight around these objectives, but reality is; killing players is easier then trying to cap a keep of defend. Making the player kills the sought after point tick.

As for my personal view of WvW; Its a giant 3 sided game of chess to me. PvP is part of the game, but not the fun factor. Out playing other players tactics is more fun.

Numbers are an issue, but not the only reason DR can’t pull ahead. If you look at reset, DR had lead most of the evening. Then coordination fell apart. I’m new to DR, but in my week here, I do find a lot of resistance toward learning from someone else. We need to open our minds to new ideas more.

DH don’t use many tactics, and why should they? Its faster and easier to just mass swarm everything. Not knocking you for it, just stating the facts. Frankly, I see very little actual tactics from any of the servers here. Not to say I see none, just not very often.

Guys calling each other out and making yourself sound good, is will just create a negative attitude toward your server. Appreciate your enemy for they do well, and find ways to counter. Stop coming to forums to try winning a battle you already lost…save it for the field.

I am sorry to the OP for Anvil Rock’s maturity in trying to derail the thread.

I hope you continue to do this in the future. It’s kinda neat to see how close the predictions can be.

All the nonesense aside from Friday night; I have to say it feels really good to be in this tier. These fights have been just epic. There are times I feel maybe we are out matched, then a resurgence happens and my hope returns.

@Anet, if you were waiting for the servers to balance before stopping transfers; (I don’t speak for everyone) I think these 3 servers should be good.

I have never got in on this night capping issue for a couple reasons.

1) WvW like real war, is not fair and never will be.
2) WvW is not about balance, its about victory.
3) All those other threads have the same problem with them;

They are some person who got kitten hurt because they have a bed time that the whole world doesn’t share. WvW is not about 1 person, or 1 guild, or 1 group of friends, or 1 zerg.

It takes the whole SERVER at all times to claim victory.

Anet has stated there is no problem with night capping, and them closing threads very similar to this one, i’m in favor for.

Please find something constructive to whine about.
