In the picture, my target enemy is a necro and there is a [Plague] icon under his hp bar, showing that he was using the skill [Plague].
However, he was still in the human form, not a suspending ball, and he could use other skills. I was once finished by him when he was using the elite skill.
Necro using the skill cant use other skills or finish down enemies, can they ?
