We are aware of an issue where if you disconnect during the event you will not be able to rejoin. If you experience this, you will be able to participate in the events that follow the one from which you disconnected. For instance, if you were disconnected during the Kessex Hills incursion, you’ll be able to get into the next stage when it takes place in Diessa Plateau.

Seriously?? How does this help those, like myself, that have disconnected? We still lose all the tokens from that event. We can join the next event even if we don’t disconnect so how does this help at all? It seems that ANET is still missing the point here. No drops from mobs, little to no rewards for completing 30 mins of game play, (by no rewards I am referring to a dc at any time during the event), constant disconnects from the game, and an unattainable goal because of the limited amount of rewards. This does not make for good player moral by any standard.

I would really enjoy a lengthy discussion with a dev about some of the issues I see in this game. I know it is very unlikely that this will happen but I put it on the table and offer an open ended invitation to any that would like to join me on any TeamSpeak for a good conversation.

I have experienced the same issues with Rhendak and Rotbeard. Dredge Commissioner and Foulbear are also broken with every map that I log into. It would be nice to see these events fixed and placed on a world timer as the other bosses are. It is frustrating to try to complete colletions and not have the events that you get them from not be working for days and weeks at a time.

Thanks guys…I put the dust in first and it worked fine, however I was extremely disappointed. Out of all that i only got 18 scraps of gossamer!!!!!!! i will never do that again. I can get more than that in an hr of farming cursed shores. The silk i can sell for a ton of cash on TP. They need to do a serious fix on the drop rate from the forge for these kinds of upgrades. Honestly the more i play this game and try the fun stuff, the more disappointing it is becoming.

I have tons of silk that I want to upgrade to gossamer in the Mystic Forge. I have looked up the recipe on Wiki and followed it to the letter. I doesn’t work. When I put in 250 scraps of silk, 1 scrap of gossamer, and 5 philosopher stones ALL the glitter in my inventory grays out and can’t be added. At the time I do this I have ALL tiers of glitter in my inventory and they all gray out. Could someone please tell me the EXACT formula for doing this, ie how many of what ingredient to add to do this. I would greatly appreciate any help. Thanks

i just did it for the first time and took no time at all…you just have to kill the spawns to take him down. was easy for us.
