I started this guild about one week ago, we are only a two man guild, we are both representing and actively play the game but still cant edit permissions or even the message of the day. Everthing is greyed out, I cant add the prerequisites for upgrades to progress further. I have 3,474 influence on writing this post, any information on this would be very helpful.
