rubberbanding, teleporting, massive freezes, up to two minute latencies..

I’m experiencing the same massive lags. It’s very annoying since I’m a very active WvW player and I can’t fight at all with all of that rubberbanding.
My client keeps running for about 15 seconds until players position, skills and HP get updated. I can’t use my skills or run properly and I get ported all over the map. This is the 2nd night that I’m having such heavy lag issues.
