The RNG isn’t an issue for me, just wanted to make sure I hadn’t fubared the achievement.

Is the Siege Commander’s Spoon a one time drop?

If so, is it possible to get this spoon before getting the Collectible Spoon Box?
I’m worried I may have gotten this spoon and destroyed it from Inventory before I started the collection.

This is the last spoon I need and it feels like the WvW NPC’s are never going to drop it.

I did, no key parts, trick or treat bags, or any other new items.

I successfully completed the Mad King Says event on the tarnished coast server at 9 pm central time Oct-19-2016 without messing up. I saw the loot chest pop up and recieved experience for the event, but after the map reloaded and the Mad King put us in the Mystic Forge cauldron I no longer had the chest and it wasn’t in my inventory.
