Looks like i found source of the problem on my own.
It seams it stop working after two last patches then you use -nopatchui key to run the game.
Kinda sad, because it was the only way to be able to see Mumble overlay in game.

But its pretty much the same – i can’t get access to TP at all.
Did as it was first suggested by support team to start game as administrator – didnt help.
Today i’ve notice that its even worse. Ok than you initially accidentally RMC on another target then you wanted to rotate camera is bad, now imagine this;
My cursor was obviously away from any target then i’ve started to rotate the camera, and i’ve hold RMB for quite long time, but then i’ve finally release it, it happens that cursor was on some random target. Guess what happens next… : /
Retaliation is an tactical feature. So what ANet should bring is mechanic which will allow to counter retaliation, like, lets say, let arrow cart possibility to be affected by dark combo field field, which will allow to steal health, thus out-heal retaliation damage. But definitely not just nerf it. Like i said, one tactical feature should be countered by another one, but just removed initial tactical feature… lets be honest, that really lame, and more such nerfs will be applied to WvW, the less and less interesting it’ll be.
I really not sure why ArenaNet make targeting possible by mouse right click in first place, but it turns out to be very-very annoying.
You have to right click anyway very often to rotate the camera, and if its happens that then you click there is a target under your cursor, it will select this target instead your previous target (possibly selecting even your ally). Thus you constantly lose your target in battle, and often its very critical to target specific enemy, not just random one.
So even if ArenaNet still for some reason belive that right click targeting is normal feature for the game, at least please bring the option in setting to disable it.
Finished it yesterday. So long its nasty, but doable.
Necromancer can transfer all conditions from allies (and himself) to enemies by several ways.
