So I have completed U/U, F/F, and story but I found out U/F is no longer available. Its the only one i need for Dungeon master. Does this mean it is impossible for me to get dungeon master?

My Asuran t3 heavy armor shoulder pads get inthe way of my Sunrise handle which I think is so great. But I also love my t3 armor. Hopefully Anet can fix these graphic issues. Also, the tip of almost all greatswords for Asuran stick into the ground.

But will the legendary still be soul-bound to the first character?

If I have a legendary on one character and would like to move it to another, can I do this by using a transmutation splitter? Many people have told me it is not possible, but I do not understand why a transmutation splitter wouldn’t work.
