The sad part is that if the Trading Post took the gold from your account, you won’t get it back.

I actually had to call my credit card company to get NCSoft on my approved vendor’s list. It’s the service that they are using to process credit cards. After I called my credit card company, it worked after 24 hours.

You will be charged, but you won’t receive your gems. That happened to me before and NCSoft told me “too bad”.

We moved servers due to the bugs, and the fact we weren’t recieving our influnce.

This issue goes back to 9/27/12. I would have posted to the forum soon, but was unable to due to NCSoft issues. I purchased 3000 influence for 6 gold while my guild Nights Surrender was on the Anvil Rock server. I bought $50 worth of gems and exchanged them to gold in order to do this. The vendor took my gold, but my guild was never credited the 3000 influence. I have been in contact with NCSoft support and nothing is being done! Because of these issues, my guild has moved to the Ferguson’s Crossing server. Please credit my guild it’s 3000 influence or credit me back my 6 gold please.
