Really, how hard can it be to check what’s wrong with a gem code. I’m sure I wont by another gem again and neither would I recommend anyone else.

Can’t redeem bought gem code. Has been open for 9 days

No reply at all, bought a gem code, redeeming doesn’t work. Tells me to contact customer support. Supplier won’t replace code.
