The way this event was handled just makes me very sad and mad. Please rethink your decision there, Anet.

I’m sure I’m not the only one who didn’t farm their behind off on the first day, being left in the dark about the actual rewards. And now in the end, despite doing all the dailies and some extras on top, I won’t be able to get the single reward that I want. Nor do I remember how much blossoms I missed the first day. Meh.

I’m sure noone expected the rewards to be so low, and considering you didn’t want to fix that, please give us another way to get the rewards we farmed for.

+ loved how the new map uses heights and makes the whole experience more realistic
+ new siege looks great
+ awesome mechanics and room for tactical play
+ the lava spa (lol)
+ the whole map looks amazing, the themed towers too

- entering the first time I found it pretty hard to find my way around until I ran into a group and we got lost together lol
- the notice for the client download came pretty late for us people with slower internet ^^’

Same issue here. I decided to make a new char today and got the wrong points accounted for. It also pushed me over a chest treshold.

As much as I’d love to actually have these skins, I hope anet makes the right decision with this ._.

I’ve been playing GW2 since launch and recently became interested in some of the HoM skins. I did a little research and read some guides on how to get those points, but I never actually played the first game.

My question now is, how viable is it to go for the HoM achievements at this point in time? Are they still possible to complete or would it cost an insane amount of time/gold? Also, is the only way to trade things like minis between players?

Yes, please give us RP’ers a way to stick together. While I don’t actively take part atm I chose PS for exactly that reason. The random RP adds quite some depth to the game for me.

There’s this group of norn in hoelbrak, comparing the size of their axe collections. At some point they turn to a guy that hasn’t spoken up yet:
“So, how many axes do you call your own?”
“I’m collecting pistols.”
" … oh…"
