That or give a trial period, just to help people avoid losing quite a bit of time due to a mistake.
If we’re on that topic, is there any way to get my money back? I just accidentally bought Tier 2 Asura cultural pants, but I don’t even want the set. I was just previewing and accidentally clicked one more time than I should have. ._.
I believe you’ve missed my point.
I’m talking about items such as these:

If I create a Gift of Metal, for example, will I be able to use it on a different character than the one I created it in?
So far I’ve been running with multiple characters, giving each other a different crafting profession in order to save myself a bit of silver.
It’ll be quite a kick in the teeth if I found out that they are, honestly. Not TOO far in that I can’t start on one, but it’s still a pity.
By crafting gifts I mean the ones that need 400 in a certain craft, for Legendaries..

“It’s good enough”? You could say that about normal MMO combat as well, and use it as an excuse to not make the semi action, semi MMO combat GW2 has. It’s not about doing the minimum, it’s about excelling at what you can. It’s pretty obvious that weapon coloring will make A LOT of people happy.
In addition, the mix-and-match thing will completely rule out guild weapons in that case. I want to be able to represent my guild, but the colors are god-awful on those weapons.
What? I WANT to swing a pink sword, who gives akitten It’s like saying “imagine how lame it would be dying to a pink warrior”.
I’m sure it’s been asked for many times before this, but it never hurts to try.. I mean, you’ve already got the dye system. It shouldn’t be too hard letting players color their weapons, right?
I just got the guild weapons, love ’em except their colors.. Would love to color it differently.
