You can use scholar runes since in large zerg fights you shouldn’t be taking a lot of damage, I usually just get hit by retaliation unless I get focused or the zerg wipes…

Go staff and use 0/10/0/30/30 while in a Zerg and when doing havoc you can swap to d/d. However, as an ele in a Zerg fight never stay on the pin or you will die! Run around the outside stomping and AOEing the enemy blob. Usually a commander will say in TS to drop water fields on them or to focus AOE on them. Just remember to avoid the enemy melee mob or you will die very fast…

2-1 happens all the time, two servers trying to spawn camp while flipping the lone paper tower and ignoring each other for 20 hours though is something else. Especially when they are getting wiped over and over because they are not the superior force but still come back holding hands, heck bg even waited for sor’s longer run back to our spawn to push each time. This also happened across all borderlands and eb at the same time. So congrats on the propaganda and to the SOR, BG alliance. Atleast we know who takes it in that alliance for future reference.

Has anyone noticed lately that you do not get WXP now if people log out after you down him or her? This has happened to me quite a few times, you do not get WXP or a bag. I thought you used to get credit for the kill if someone did this. This really is a cowardly thing to do…

Yes it is bugged. most of the events don’t count me as completing them, ie getting a medal even though I sitting right there beating on this and staying until the end.

I really think people call bug way too much on these forums…you need to make sure you are only attacking scarlet’s minions they are the only ones that count as portals. The pirates and molten alliance do not count, also, if you do not get it in the first wave I would not bother since most will be doing pirates or molten alliance.

Honestly, just run around and tag every scarlet minion event and you will get it. By tagging I mean kill two mobs and move to the next one…

Guess which one the majority of the weapons skins are now being offered for?

Who in their right mind would spend 400 dollars on a weapon skin? They create new weapon skins every update, the Wintersday skins do not look that good, in fact, none of the skins do…

The idea is that you don’t realize that you are doing it. You just keep buying gems and opening boxes not realizing the bill that is piling up. Then one day you are like, oh hey look I have 5 claim tickets and you buy a weapon. Little do you realize that you’ve opened $400 worth of boxes (on average) to get that weapon…

If you really want it without spending $400 just farm level 10 story over and over, takes 20 minutes to do.

Yes. I know why, because it’s a glitch and creating threads about a glitch usually helps the situation; let’s Anet know of the problems in their game.

If by chance you’re implying I should know how to finish the achievement due to other players telling me I can’t get downed, Well the achievement says “Finish Scarlet’s Playhouse without dying.” The achievement says nothing about being downed. Last I checked, being downed isn’t dying at all. In the least. I made this thread because it is technically a glitch when I earned the achievement. Thanks for your input though.

No it is just the wording, if you want the achievement don’t get downed and you will get it…honestly how did you get downed anyway? The place is so easy.

Actually i’m here hoping to get the point i’ve lost from anet guys. I’m entering the game once more only because of the living storry and only to find this “bug”. So i just want my point, to get my tonic and be gone until i see some real update on the game – and not waste time with bugs like this. I know how this sounds, but its the truth.

Well, good sir, you’re wrong about that. I’ve done all 13, and I’m still at 12/13. If it’s not a bug, it’s simply unclear what conditions for completing it are required. Anet really needs to speak up about this.

You must be doing something wrong. I got all 13/13 doing every zone. No problems, some of them failed and I got credit, I did a bunch on overflows and got credit.

I just checked every hour for the map I needed and if wasn’t up I logged and did something until I had to check again. Yes it will happen again…

Be patient and Fireheart will eventually come up again…

I highly doubt they will take up development time to make use of finishers on the Twisted mobs…

I didn’t have a problem with this achievement, I just didn’t keep track of which zones I had done and eventually got them all. I honestly don’t think their is an achievement bug just people forgot which zones they did and screamed “GG Anet fix!” Why are you complaining about making 4g in an hour?

Only a few more hours until we (some of us) get our gifts, I forget if the servers came up early during the headstart…

The playhouse is ridiculously easy…and you can go into the playhouse with someone who already has done Vorrp’s achievement line.

You still get credit for the achievement if the event fails…

On the T3 light helm and chest the glow area should have its own dye option. I had to go with celestial Dye because I wanted a bright glow.

My gear is as follows:
T3 Chest
T3 Gloves
T3 Boots
AC Pants
Dye: Celestial and Royal Blue
Backpack: Zephyr Rucksack

Is Scarlet dead? She got away in the Playhouse instance however, we kill her during the invasion events. I just was not sure because the dialogue during the playhouse seemed like she was still on the run.

All events that are overflow are postponed for an hour…

What they ‘did’ was finish event in the manner it was supposed to be finished rather than exploit it. So nobody has any right to complain about it.

All shifts of our server have worked hard this week. We have worked hard as well at organizing the server the past two weeks. We are giving it 100%. JQ is 2 vs 1 just like everyone else during NA. It is the nature of the beast. I give our server the credit if we win because we have worked hard for it. Crediting hatred between SoR and BG is just false.

Props to JQ on the win this week, well deserved.

SoR just focused BG because they wanted them to sit down and stop chest thumping, but also its like the only way bg will come out and play

Nothing is decided yet, too much time left for anything to be final. SoR can come first and JQ can drop to 2nd/3rd.

I asked this question before as well and did not get an answer…I wouldn’t expect one either because they don’t want to reveal their MF plans and would like to cash in on the new gem store item.

Anyone test it after the patch? Any changes? Anet did some ninja patches that aren’t in their patch notes…

The real question is will the new Copper-Fed Salvage-o-Matic be able to salvage the magic find consumables when account bound magic find is implemented? If so will it be at the same rate as other salvage kits?

Also why make it basic and not fine? I realize they do not want to have Mystic Salvage Kits to lose effectiveness but still…

I guess we won’t know until MF system is implemented, I won’t end up buying this since I have so many mystic salvage kits from achievement chests.

Yes this is what I was thinking as well, I understand the kit is for convenience/uniqueness but will it be able to get these new consumables at the same rate as those kits? Is the real question.
