They never made any decisions based on eSports so idk.

They balanced an MMO on the concept of 5 people holding a node for years.

Just delete some servers and move some players into a single server.
No need to make it complicated.

I’d love to see Ranked Matchmaking not be Seasonal anymore, it draws away from actually being competitive and just encourages system matchmaking abuse.

Fun to watch, great use of the mesmer

Seems like you’re using Wanderer with some boon duration runes + foods.

At the time I did replace the rings with zerker for more damage on shatters so I could solo pressure when needed and had my backpack stats set to something like Soldiers I think, but that was mainly due to because I slacked on actually getting a proper backpiece which is now Wanderer. :P

I’ve held onto some footage for quite some time and because of this there may be some things in the video that may or may not work anymore due to the change boonshare had received prior to the release of this video.

Sidenote: I am playing from NA on Eu so you might be able to identify some huge lagspikes that alot of people would find as a burden but what I might consider normal

I found an elementalist build that carried my way back up though. After ridiculous loss streaks (10+), I picked up this one build that carried myself up silver, and I’m almost back to Plat

So basically, you lost points because you didn’t know.
You learned, adapted and applied your knowledge and it rewarded you by rising through the ranks.
Kind of like how an mmr system is supposed to go.

I’ve been seeing a ton of players claim that the system is busted but if everyone deserved to win then it’d make pvp more stale than it already is.

Channeling into a keep, applying a debuff when entering an objective that prevents abusing the portals.
Again, Not ideal solutions but open to suggestions.

Get rid of being able to go inside any objective with walls whilst in combat.

It’d solve so much of the mobility problems the game suffers right now, so annoying chasing a dragonhunter with renewed focus across the map only for him to get into a tower or keep for free.
(Don’t even get me started on Daredevil’s…)

It’s not the most viable solution but it’s a start.

(P.s. personal preference, get rid of the downed state completely in WvW? Cheers).

True, there is no exact way of saying where I fall into this spectrum, my only issue is that knowing that points in game doesn’t determine how many pips I deserve and that I’d like to find a source as to what does and doesn’t contribute to gaining them. I can’t say I’ve read into threads where people have said they haven’t received a pip for winning but I know I’ve seen bits of them, which is what got me curious in the first place.

Fix your grammar, there’s no guidelines stating that you need to blur names, finish lists you make, why state the obvious? And what is the “eSports” way of saying I destroyed the enemy? Want me to go to the FGC handbook?

You’re right I deserve three.

This doesn’t count winstreaks, I’ve won a number of games where we completely stomp the enemy team 500 to ~100 and still get rewarded with one pip. I could have sworn I read somewhere that a graphical statistic would be shown at the end of the game, I’d like to have that at the end to even see why I’m being rewarded with 1.

I just had a fight against a 3 man and duo on the enemy team and all soloq on my side. What kind of fix was this? A fix for ants?

I had the exact same problem, got it during mordremoth instance. Opened em and checked my inventory and nothing popped up in there.

It’s hard to tell who to take orders from in pvp, adding colors to your teammate’s such as flavor text as their name on the corner would probably help identify who is who. It wouldn’t change the enemy colors from red, obviously.

You know, I’ve never really thought about being hacked before, never thought I would be.
But I just logged into my account after roughly about two weeks of not playing the game, since my isp cut me off fairly early and I just logged back in today to see most of my bank items in my inventory, my equipment was deleted alongside my sword and roughly about 120g.
I have no idea how to submit a ticket and I really don’t know why I included the list above, but any help on how to fix this would be appreciated!
