Approximately a day ago I decided to come back too after a long hiatus playing other games. I re-installed the game on a new computer and also could not log in. I could log in on the site but not the game. Same error code with “The account name or password you entered is invalid. Please check your information and try again.”
I put in a ticket, in which they gave me a link to change my password yet again. I had changed it 3 times previously but it would not change on the site. Now it is changing on the site, but WILL NOT change on the game. Talk about frustrating! Guess it is time to sit back and wait.
