I have the exact same problem as you gusta. I sent them all of my details on the 2nd, got a reply 7 days later on the 9th with a response that had nothing to do with what I was asking so I updated my ticket straight after. So far I’m on about my 4th day after that. In total I’v been waiting 11 days now.

When I was verifying my account from the headstart access I accidentally put in my GW1 account name instead of my GW2 account name so it made a new account instead of verifying. I sent support a question about this asking them to take the code off one account and put it on the other. All i got was a reply telling me to change my email adress in the account settings. This does not help my problem and I cant anyway because its taken by me!
The problem has now been going for 7 days. I have replied to their email trying to explain my problem more but I have gotten no reply back from them…

I did the exact same! I entered my GW1 info into it because it was asking if I had a GW account so I automatically though it was to link it. I felt stupid after but a little better now I know that someone else is having the same problem.

I’v replied to them again. Lets see if I get an answer that helps this time… Hopefully a bit shorter than a 7 day wait this time.

When I was verifying my account after the headstart access I accidentally typed in the wrong username so instead of verifying it, it made a new one. I have sent support my details of both accounts and the code and asking them if they could take the code off one and put it on my actual account. All they have done after a week is reply with answers that arn’t relevent.

Any suggestions on what I should do or add into my question on support for them to get what I’m asking?
