Guild Wars 2

“The game client is unable to gain access to login server” This is what I am getting when I try to enter the game. The game worked fine last night. Any ideas what might be causing this?

I am new to the guardian and wanted to know what weapons would be best for PvE and what kind of build? I want to be like a tank, able to take hits.
