The gate in the Front Door path at the end fight is open when you’re fighting Subject Alpha for the last time, several of my party members dodged against the door and got booted out of the dungeon during the fight.

I was debating buying HoT through a 3rd party due to price, and I saw an old thread from July 2015 where Anet said the pre-purchase version of HoT is only available through Anet, and any 3rd party offers are fraudulent.

So I’m wondering since it’s been a couple of months after release, if anyone bought their HoT through a 3rd party and if it’s ok to do? IE Anet did allow non-fraudulent 3rd parties to sell HoT and buying a CD key through a legit 3rd party won’t get your account locked?

I play ranger, I recently noticed that sometimes when I swap pets in combat, the new pet either shows up dead, or shows up with 1/10 of health instead of a full bar. This doesn’t happen all the time, I believe the few times I notice it happening are in dungeons, but there doesn’t seem to be any notable cause to why.

I hate this megaserver. I hate this scheduled event. I hate this update.

I hate the fact that despite deliberately picking a low population server due to not having a high-end machine, there are now constantly 100+ people slowing down my game.

I hate the fact that I have to stay permanently partied during the world boss run or every time I WP I would be pushed to a random map.

I hate the fact that world bosses are scheduled, it turned what was essentially doing a treasure hunt & the happiness of looting a chest into a chore and I constricted at the feeling of PLAYING ON A SCHEDULE.

I hate the fact that you’re asking for feedback here, when 900+ posts raised genuine concerns on the previous thread, and ALL of it was ignored and the megaserver went live anyway, with none of the issues people foresaw addressed, and you’re doing it AGAIN here.

I hate the fact that I bought this game and liked it enough to care to even post here. I hate the fact that I don’t have it in me to just say I quit right here right now.

I’ve been repeatedly disconnected in zergs, and this just started happening yesterday. Looking at the forum I see a lot of people had this problem a year ago, and a few posts showing some are also having this issue recently. I’ve attached my networkdiag log to see if someone can help me pin point the problem.

Me too, I started playing October last year, and yesterday was when I first starting getting this network connection error.

Hi, is the world boss schedule still being implemented on April 15th?

I have not read through 8 pages of the comments & feedback, but after reading the blog post, my thought is:

So if someone who’s only able to play the game for 1-2 hours a day, I won’t be able to maximum my world boss running because only a certain few will spawn in that time. No more casually joining in on open world content because if I want a world boss outside of my time, I have to inconvenient my fellow guild members.

Why can’t the world bosses just be up all the time on the map? If it dies jut respawn it 5 minutes after death.

Any server that organizes to do Tequatl when it spawns at the 2 hours before reset time? I know BG use to but Anet changing Teq’s spawn time and then daylight savings messed it up so it no longer does.

Oh… so this is basically GW2 version of ‘if something’s wrong, reboot your computer first’? It’s not really related to anything you saw in the crash file I attached?

So what exactly does this do? Should I always run the repair every time I want to play the game, or do it when it start crashing frequently again?

I bought a new computer in December to play GW2, but it started to crash pretty frequently in the last couple of weeks. This is latest crash error, I’ve noticed people posting them in the forum and getting help on why it’s happening, so I appreciate if someone more code-savvy than I could ever be taking a look at this.

EDIT: Crashed a day after running the client repair, new file attached.

I’m from Devona Rest and it looks like the majority of us are not very interested in this game anymore, does anyone recall if their server still has lots of LA call outs for the game or LFG in the open-world content for it? I’m considering guesting because I really enjoy the mini game and want to play more of it.

Not exactly a bug, I just bought the gathering tool pack, love them; but I noticed the logging ax when used, before the lightning strike sound it plays a noise like metal scraping together, that sound is really ear-grinding and annoy and should be removed.

To be honest... you guys lost me when you start throwing out parts names, so that reaffirmed staying away from buying the parts on my own...
