Here is what I am seeing in this thread, allot of people from all over the globe are having ping (latency) issues well before christmas by some ways this issue has individually been explained. After all this when are we going to see a Dev. or some one that isn’t a moderator going to address this? Yes, we are addressing it here. Our ISP providers aren’t the one at fault for a connection that isn’t stable because of new software from a developer. When the communication between computer and server from multiple people on the planet have latency issues topping out at 5000, and you want us to talk to an ISP? Nice cop out.
Here’s a little update for you good folks. Now that I have been kicked out of the game for trying to do WvW mists a 5th time, (December 16, 2015) the sixth time while in Lions Arch where it’s deader then some ones great great grandparent with a ping of 2500. I don’t do the special events seriously like most acheesement freaks that are out there. So most crowded areas I don’t have to worry about. Also like people have been saying in other threads, the options hat have been set to player desire aren’t staying that way either. Like every one I would like to know what the hell is going on.
I am curious as to why there is no reload ui feature in this game. if there are glitches that one cant control does ArenaNet/NCSoft really want the over abundance of tickets for the most trivial of things? Only to look at the ones that have the most tickets and not the ones that can be fixed immediately? I do understand that their is a priority system in tickets. But if there is a glitch that can be solved with a /reloadui feature we wouldn’t have to do the ticket or re-log all together. Or will a question like this receive some lame excuse as to why they didn’t do it in the first place.
At least y’all can play the game. I cant even get past the wintersday patch.
As I read the FAQ about the new and first expansion pack for Guild Wars 2. I am noticing things that are coming up in my own way. Firstly, allot has been learned in the years of the game. I like this immensely. Making PvP worth going to, making exploration as vibrant and breath taking to see those views, the inclusion of things that were never their before. I also like that their are things coming back. Particularly guild halls. I did enjoy those from the first games of Guild Wars. Though when things that do come back, such as things that made a game a success, and contributed to a thing like Guild VS. Guild battles, companies make it seem that it is a new thing to players that have stuck with ArenaNet for years. Yes, their are the differences, but it isn’t new. Just a different wrapping for the same thing.
When the expansion comes, I do wish it a success. But as far as charging a new game fee of the normal $49.99. I would hope that this isn’t going to be something that they intend to do. It’s an expansion not a stand alone game like the first three were. I can see $20 minimum may be even top out at a $39.99 retail.
I know I’m not any one special this is just my opinion from some one, like most people, that have played this game since the first one released so many a year ago and still enjoy it to this day.
Thank you ArenaNet for a game well done and I do hope for a continued success.
