from Postern Ward to Eastern Ward is a bridge over water which is not visible on minimap. has this a reason?

I can run it on my PC with no issues, but there is this error on my laptop, from which i am posting this. I have Hewlett-Packard Elitebook 840, Core i5 CPU, 8gb of RAM, GPU integrated Intel HD 4400, win 8.1. I guess I wont get further here without submiting ticket.

please let us know if it was sorted out and how if possible . im getting this error from time to time
