Guild Wars 2

2 Days ago I logged on to find I had lost all Gold, all Crafting materials, All guild points and all Gems and was switched from the American home world The Crystal Desert to the European Jade Sea. At first i thought this was a bug but after reading numerous complaints describing the exact same issue i believe my account has been hacked. I have changed my password but the time and effort to collect as much as i did as well as the real money spent on gems is lost. I am open to security suggestions however i am sincerely disappointed in the Security of this game and the malicious players willing to ruin the game experience for so many people.

2 days ago all our remaining guild points were wiped clean, as well as our upgrade history and to top it off even if multiple guild members are logged in we only receive 10 points a day for a single guild member logging in.

Thats right upon returning from a healthy farming session I approach a crafting station to look at my Collections only to find the items I had gathered today, AND NOTHING MORE. I had maxed out at least 3 crafting ingredients and had a decent collection of most 2nd and 3rd tier crafting materials, over 60 turquoise pebbles, etc. Poof gone. Thanks, the hard work and effort I’ve put in really salts this wound.

Ive also just realized the 70+ silver I had on my person has also disappeared. Nice.
