R: “121027-000442 Account closed for payment fraud; will not be reinstated. Do not submit additional tickets; 9 is 8 too many”

I know i submitted that many tickets is my fault, but don’t blame me. I pretty sure i have the right to know WHY my account got suspended (which is i keep asking and still havent got any reply from you guys) and i “DID” explained what happened back then that i sended the wrong CD-key (which is i missed the last number) to one of your workers…

So my account got suspended and i asked for a ticket.. then they replied :

2. What is your complete Guild Wars 2 Display Name, including the last 4 digits (if you have it)?

If you bought the game at guildwars2.com, please provide the e-mail address that made the purchase, the name and last four digits of the card, and the billing ZIP/postal code.
You will not “lose your place in line”. Obtaining this information will allow us to help you quicker and more efficiently. We appreciate your understanding during this busy time.

then i answered those question as fast as possible, for some reason i typed my Serial Code wrongly ( i didnt notice )
then the next day they gave me this stupid answer :

Not really.. i already missed my chance buying those Helloween weapon skin and exchange my gem back to gold… Now the price of helloween weapon skin like 30-40g+. Also i missed my chance to be the first one enter the jumping puzzle ( missed my puzzle achievement ) my puzzle achievement almost 100% without the helloween. and my dam i just cant stop thinking about it… there too many achievement waiting for me to get.. sigh

man you guys lucky that you know what your suspended reason.. i keep asking them why i got suspended but all they reply me is bunch of other stuff.. and like you said ask your serial code..

well same things happened to me and they didnt tell any any reason why my account got suspended… and it already been more than 72+hours like they said on the “support” forum" so i really upset about this foolish mistake… im pretty sure lot of people having the same problem.. but cant be help guild war 2 only been out not even more than half a year.. i hope they are improving but just that i have a feeling that they “COLUD” do better than that…

we all so gonna miss the specal helloween event from 28… kitten that man.. not in good timing

does it count as one if someone reported you?

so today i woke up and really looking forward for the helloween event act 2, and when i trying to login then suddenly it popped out said your account been suspended and showed me few link to the User Agreement and the rules, so i red all of them and yet i dont see i broke any of those rule..

HELP QQ
