Also for the league elite achievement for Year 2+ is it crossing 2+ divisions in a single season or can it be grinded overall? (Such as crossing 1 division one season and then crossing another another season)?

I just want to know why climbing to Sapphire didn’t trigger the achievement for crossing two Divisions in Part II. Amber to Emerald is one, right? Emerald to Sapphire is two, but it still says 1/2. So why is that exactly? I know Amber is impossible to drop in, but if it’s not counting as a Division climb to get Emerald, why are Emerald called Division 2, and Sapphire Division 3? I climbed two Divisions as I see it. Through hell I might add, as I only queue solo until/if they ever add Solo Queue and Group Queue.

Possibly because it doesn’t count it until you unlock the achievement. So crossing amber to emerald counts as one, but because you didn’t have year 2 unlocked yet it only counted towards year 1. Which is why I’m wondering if they’re saying cross 4 divisions overall (Which makes sense in a long term route because to be able to do the second meta achievement you have to finish the first) Or if the only way to progress it is do it in an entire season, which means that unless you get to ruby this season you won’t be able to complete that achievement at all and progress for it gets wiped for the second season (Which means next season you have to do Amber>Sapphire, then the next season amber>Ruby and then Amber>Diamond in year 4). As opposed to what everyone’s hoping which is since you only have 1/2 right now, if the next season you can just pick up where you left off and Crossing amber to emerald will complete it

I hear a good drop is the PvP Smokescale chest for the VB track. Otherwise apparently another good option is farming Auric Basin. Just be mindful of DR, stack magic find and go after vets/champs of smokescales

The final meta achievement to get the last gift requires crossing 4 divisions in a single season. It was said on Dulfy that even if you weren’t the most skilled you could get the legendary. In order to get the legendary at the end of a single season you have to hit Diamond, something that most of Soloq seems impossible because there’s difficulty of even getting to Sapphire

Can somebody answer this please?

So I’ve been doing some ranked pvp and after about 3 days finally getting to Emerald division. So far my optimism to be better has faltered because it seems since I solo queue that every time I win one, I’ll lose 3-4 matches afterward. On Dulfy though it says “The Ascension is designed to reward investment in PvP by any player and will require more than one season to complete. You don’t need to be the most skilled player to earn it, but highly skilled players will find that they can progress through the Path of the Ascension faster.” which tells me that as long as I keep work at it I’ll be able to get it even if I never go past Emerald right?

But the Year 2 Meta achievement, one of them is I have to cross 2 divisions in a single season. I don’t have to do that specific achievement right? Because if I do I have no faith that I’ll ever get those wings
