I think you pose an interesting question, my short answer is you shouldn’t change to something if you personally feel it will make you less effective because it’s not going to change the skill level of the guy your doing it for.
My longer reply would be that I am someone who practices PvP religiously on a multitude of characters so I don’t simply judge the players I’m playing as. Rather I look at the comp in a more broad manner and ask myself questions like what will each player do and what does there equipment say about them. I’m not always correct in my assumptions but I will only switch to something else if I personally believe it can mean I might change the fate of the match in a positive way. That happens vary rarly.
Doing dailies is routine for me and love to do sPvP but I started thinking about the daily winner and weather or not it has affected the PvP environment. I’m not here to wine that they need to remove it; I personally PvP enough to have a go-to group of friends to play with but I got to wondering about this.
I feel like when the daily that calls for playing a specific class pops up it calls for people to play classes there not accustom to playing for the sake of a reward and this theoretically could increase the odds of teams consisting of players who might hold a team back or an over abundance of the same profession making teams a little less diverse.
I also considered the fact that some people just trying to get the daily winner done will just play until they get a win before stopping but that could potentially mean the players who drag teams down the most will be playing the longest.
I wanted to hear what others think about this and if they feel like its enough to effect matchmaking.

It does not apply, nor was written for or about, to GW1 tickets. (It was written before GW1 support was moved to the GW2 CS Team.)
Thus, you would do best to close out any duplicate tickets, and only update your original.

I had assumed that that post was made for the ticket system in general and even though the tickets might be handled by different teams I find it strange that they would handle tickets differently. My main reason for mentioning this is simply that I’m sure I am not the only one who would make this mistake and think it would benefit people greatly and reduce the ticket submissions if that was to be made clear somewhere.
I’ve heard the support for Guild Wars 1 is best described as minimal and that a ticket can literally take months to resolve. Since I’ve also heard that making additional tickets sends you back to the end of the ticket queue, it might be best to close out your second ticket and update the first one as needed.
This is rather upsetting to hear as one of the FAQ statements is to recreate a ticket after a month, I really hope we can get some kind of statement from a staff member. I don’t mind waiting months if in the end I get my account back but I don’t want to have my spot in line get reset because of information I got on an FAQ. My first ticket was posted more then three months ago and I can imagine how people must be feeling who have been waiting even longer then that.
Ticket# 1334713 posted 34 days ago regarding account issues, I tried posting all the account information I could and would like to know if there is more I could do but unfortunately I have still not received any kind of response.
Who are the Agents Of Rebirth
The Agents Of rebirth are a small guild but with vary active members, we have members taking part in sPvP every day and we are hoping to gain a few more numbers to take part in more PvE activities as well as maintaining a full group for PvP more frequently. Our current members are a mix of old and new players who are vary dedicated to improving in PvP and fully intend to fight for there name on the leaderboards as well as having a taste for world bosses, fractals and dungeons.
Who are we here for
For the most part we are a casual guild but with a Semi-hardcore focus on PvP so for those who just want a guild with a friendly bunch of people who are willing to make mistakes and learn about the game then we got you covered and this goes for PvP as well. If your new to PvP I personally welcome you to join me as I know many groups want experienced players but I welcome anyone of any skill level who has an interest in PvP.
Rules of Rebirth
Our rules are simple, try to play nice and try to act mature. I don’t have problems with strong language but try to be tasteful. We are a guild of friends, friends shouldn’t be giving other friends a laundry list of rules to follow so just using common sense should keep you out of trouble.
Your not required to rep but we ask that you rep when taking part in activities with the other members.
