On the character selection screen hit the button on the bottom left, I think it’s “World Selection”, or something like that.
Found it, thanks.
There are plenty of servers and server transfers are still free so moving to less populated one might be good idea.
Could you direct me towards finding where to do transfers?
Once some people log off, he will be able to join you.
I guess we’ll have to hope for this then, assuming it’s correct.
And of course there’s no ETA on when this might happen, and he’s stuck being unable to play with us.
What an absolutely stupid system… Why pay $60 to have your place among friends denied because of a server reaching its cap? There certainly isnt that many actively logged in.
Been playing on Dragonbrand with a few buddies and recently had another come to join us, but it’s telling him our server is full and will not let him on.
What kind of crap is this?
Bump. Same issue here.
Hi, I’ve seen a few threads on this topic already and I figure I’ll make another.
I’m a tech savvy person and since putting in the most recent gw2 patch, the game has had its FPS drop to an unplayable level (Like I’m watching a slide show)
I’ve got a Geforce 560 Ti 1GB card, 8GB of DDR3 RAM, and an Intel i5 2500K @ 3.4GHZ which are more than capable of running not only Guild Wars, but many other background applications without issue. I have checked what processes are running and Guild Wars 2 is the only one taking up any CPU, and even then it’s between 40-50% and does not tell me any reason why there should be lag. I’m thinking there is some horrible performance crippling bug that got pushed out in the recent patch and I feel it would be wise that it be looked in to.
Seeing as most games can barely use up to 1GB of VRAM… Why would you spend that much to get 4? Let alone TWO of those cards? You wont notice much performance.
I wish I had your money…because you dont know how to spend it properly.
Under what circumstances do the PVP tokens from WvW actually drop? Seems hit or miss for me.
I usually hit F a couple of times after somebody dies just to grab the darn things. Annoying when I miss them…wouldnt mind what OP mentioned.
I laughed. They should let you be dev for a day.
Am I the only one who wishes thieves could use maces or axes on top of swords?
The more you get downed, the longer it takes for abilities to be ready.
Alright, yeah. Thank you!
Noble Armor should be the the intricate embroidered insignia recipes that you can buy from your craftskill trainer. They are incremented in levels which you can see on mouseover & karma costs.
Example: Fatboy Hamil in LA sells..
Recipe: Ravaging Intricate Wool Insignia ~ 350 karma. Mouseover says leaterworking (125). and it takes wool which is a lower level craft item. This when combined with any 2 armor component parts (boot soles and boot upper as an example) will make the Noble Rare Armor of the Appropriate Level, which in the case of wool is L35.
On a related note these insignias take 15 of component X to make, where X is blood, fang, bone etc.. Also anyone can make the insignia. You don’t have to have the recipe to use it.
Hope that helps.
Okay. I think it makes a bit more sense though, however – here’s where my confusion comes from.
For example:
Hearty Noble – http://www.gw2db.com/recipes/9997-hearty-noble-coat
Hearty Outlaw – http://www.gw2db.com/recipes/5225-hearty-outlaw-coat
When crafting something, they use the exact same components except for the difference in insignia ranks. You’re saying that by using an insignia of a higher tier with the same recipe will yield a totally different piece of armor, as opposed to making the same piece (in this case assume an upgraded Outlaw piece)?
Hi.
I’ve been searching up Leatherworker recipes so that I can try and get materials together that will allow me to keep my armor up to date. I’m running around on my Thief with a set of Strong Outlaw Armor, but it’s starting to age a tad. I’m looking for upgrades, and instead of making the next rank up of the outlaw armor, I noticed there was a version called Noble Armor which had better stats. There are multiple versions of it, but I’m trying to figure out how to get the level 35 one – it seems like you can only get it from the satchel recipe for the armor. Am I correct?
Since yesterday I have been unable to access the trading post to retrieve my goods unless I am in the overflow shard. If I am not in the shard, they refuse to talk to me and I cannot retrieve my bought and sold goods.
Players ingame dont seem to be having this issue, and I certainly wasnt until a day ago. Any ideas on what might be causing this, and/or a potential fix?
