Okay, I’m not the only one with this problem then. I just hope this bug will be fixed as soon as possible. I retried to get some waypoints in VB and it gives exp which means it did really reset. I’m not gonna retry to complete the map, it might cause problem.

I recommend that people with affected characters play other characters that are not fog-afflicted, until we resolve these symptoms. If you wish to continue playing refogged characters it is very unlikely to cause any problems (beyond my personal sadness about the experience). We will fix your account during time that you are logged-out or after a hotfix.

Testing and deploying our change may take a day or more, but your refogged state is repairable.

We will repost here when an ETA is known or the symptoms are repaired.

This is awesome, but it would be great if we got the WPs and such we had back as well.

simply unfogging would be nice, but it’d be a lot of work to have to recomplete all the content previously done as well.

It’s worth noting that when this happened to me, I was on the 64 bit client, the two others in my guild it happened to were on 32 bit clients, so it doesn’t appear to be client specific.

All three of us happened in the guild vault, though my story did not get reset, only the map POIs.

Since this event launched i’ve made 300g of pure cash and another 200g from selling crap.

This is with very casual play (3 hours a day) I plan on making another 500g over the weekend since I have time to play.

These claims seem so exaggerated, even with full MF and boosts, you’re lucky to make 5g an hour farming pavillion, how can you make nearly 500g at that rate.

Methinks a lot of people are making bold claims and exaggerating heavily on their profitability.

Or a lot of people abused that T3 boss bug very very badly.

The word bug , inflation , hyper inflation , and the awe so ugly word exploit gets thrown about ALOT but majority never truly know the meaning of them.

Except in the case of this boss it was very obviously an unintended bug.
